Product Introduction
PPM series froth pump is a new generation of product developed by our factory on the basis of absorbing and assimilating advanced technology at home and abroad. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical, and other industrial sectors. Suitable for transporting abrasive or corrosive slurry containing foam, this series of pumps can effectively eliminate foam in the slurry during operation. It can still work normally in the case of insufficient incoming material, especially suitable for various flotation processes, and is an ideal product for transporting foam slurry.
PPM series pumps are simple in structure, highly versatile, and easy to install and use. The structural features are as follows:

- This type of pump is used in PV and PV(J) bearing assembly. The bearing housing is equipped with a motor base or a motor frame, which can be directly driven or indirectly driven. The pulley can be easily replaced to change the pump speed to meet on-site condition changes.
- The container material is made of steel structure or stainless steel, steel-lined rubber, and etc. The pump is equipped with a tangential inlet and an overflow box. The overflow box can conveniently send the excess incoming material back to the material pool. The tangential inlet can make the material quickly into the pump and eliminate some of the foam.
- The structure of the pump is a double-plate structure. According to the different conveying media, the wet parts can be made of metal, rubber, or other non-metallic materials.
